Our All Beef Butcher Bag features Kansas grass-fed, grain-finished beef. Each month you will receive an assortment of cuts chosen by our butchers. This Butcher Bag comes in three sizes. Small is 9 to 11 lbs of meat with a maximum of 2# of ground beef per month. Medium is 14 to 16 lbs of meat with a maximum of 4# of ground beef per month. Large is 18 to 21 lbs of meat with a maximum of 6# of ground beef per month.
